BORROW BOOKS FOR THE CLASSROOM
West Warwick does not have a Teacher or Agency library card, but teachers are welcome to borrow books for the classroom on their own library card.  Borrow as many picture books and fiction as you want!  Check with us about quantities on nonfiction.

In addition the library offers these resources and services.

Online Computer Catalog:  Go Online at home or school to look up books, videos, dvds, cds, books on tape, etc.  If we don't own a book, place it on hold and a copy will be sent to West Warwick for you to pick up.

Visit our Webpage:  At www.wwlibrary.org you can find helpful homework links, databases, and library information.  Suggest homework links to us!

Youth Services Computers: 6 computers with Internet access, MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and other programs.

Library Tours: Available upon request to community groups.  Call to schedule at 828-3750 ext. 5, Youth Services.

Family Literacy Program: Offered afternoons and evenings for parents and their children who would like to improve their English skills.  Call Sue Schweikart, Literacy Coordinator at 828-3750 ext. 15.

Community Room: Seats 175 persons and can be reserved by community groups. Call 828-3750 ext. 7 for scheduling details.

Museum Passes:  Available for families to borrow.  Call the Reference Dept. at ext. 4 for details and to reserve passes in advance.
